COLD AND FLU FACTS

The cold and flu season should be taken seriously. Here are some interesting statistics. The average American gets over three colds during the six fall and winter months, which is roughly 700 million colds annually. Even if you are not one of the victims, think of all those sick people out there sneezing and coughing on you. Prevention is the key because our immune systems are weaker than ever and antibiotics have essentially contributed to the increased strength of bad bugs.
COLD AND FLU SOLUTIONS
Regular chiropractic adjustments--for open nerve flow
Vitamin C with bioflavonoids (100mg every 2 hours)
Gargle once every hour with sea salt
Drink 4 quarts of water per day
Take 2 hot baths (Epsom salts) or saunas daily
Take a spleen/thymus tissue extract, such as "Immuplex," 1-2 tablets per hour
Instead of reaching for drugs at the first sign of a cold or flu, in order to CORRECT THE BIOCHEMICAL IMBALANCE , you must IMMEDIATELY BEGIN a cleansing program, such as the following.
Stop eating.Doing this gives your body the ability to use all of its energy and resources to help you get well.
Drink pure water, herb teas, and fresh juices. Juices can be digested easily and are a concentrated form of vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients that are necessary to manufacture immune cells, rebuild immune organs, and create antibodies needed to destroy bacteria, viruses, or other pathogens.
Invest in a juicer. Use organic produce that is in season. These days, most grocery chains carry organic produce. Dilute this juice with up to 50% water. Drink at least 1 gallon of liquid each day on this program.
Eat 3 cloves of fresh raw garlic every day. Garlic is a potent antiviral and antibacterial herb, killing only the bad bacteria and leaving your friendly bacteria alone.
Drink Vegan Chicken Soup. This helps to flush out toxins, acid, and mucus. High in minerals, this is a classic remedy for colds and flu.
Pursue cleansing for your colon, skin, and liver. It is necessary to help the body to get rid of all its accumulated waste and toxins by making sure that all of your elimination organs are working.

Vegan Chicken Soup
Fill a large pot with 25% potato peelings, 25% carrot peelings, a whole bunch of chopped beets, and 25% whole celery and dark greens. Add hot peppers and ginger to taste. Add enough distilled water to just cover vegetables and simmer on very low temp for 1-2 hours. Strain and drink only the broth.
Once again, use only organic vegetables.
